Create Salesforce Leads from Auth0 or Okta CIC users using Actions
Today we’re pleased to announce our first entry to the Auth0 and Okta Customer Identity Cloud Marketplace: a free Action for creating Leads in Salesforce. With this integration, you can start capturing your Auth0 users as Leads in Salesforce.
What can I do with it?
When added to an Auth0 Login Flow, each user that signs in is added as a Salesforce Lead.
The Lead record is created with:
- Name
- Lead source
- Company (customized based on your Auth0 user metadata)
- The ID of the user in Auth0 (optional)
The ID of the lead is kept in an Auth0 user app metadata field of your choice and duplicate rules in Salesforce are respected. The extension is free to use and support is available.

What are Actions?
Actions allow you to interact and integrate with external services. Actions are triggered by Flows, such as when a user logs in or after a password has changed. They run securely on Auth0 servers, within your tenant, and there is no additional cost to use them.
